How do I make return or exchange?Updated 20 days ago
1. Fill out the return form that came with the order:
If you want to change the size of the product, enter the new size of the product and your original order number on the form (1300...) We will send you another size to your home country without shipping costs, if the desired size of the product is available in our warehouse.
For returns and exchanges, securely pack the jewelry and the return form in the original packaging.
f you forgot to include the return form, don’t worry. Just send us an email with your order number (1300...) and let us know whether the item is for a return or an exchange. We will then process the appropriate refund accordingly.
We only offer exchanges for items of equal value or when the exchange is for a different size of the same product.
2. Send the return package to us:
Postal
Shipments received by post include a ready-made return label. Attach it to the package and return the package to the Post office. Ask for a receipt for the return.
If the address label is missing, write Posti's customer return number 600181 on the package and send the package to the address below (only in Finland). By using the return number, the return is free. Return the package to the nearest Post office. Ask for a receipt for the return.

Report your return in the Budbee application by clicking "Book a return".
Choose whether the package will be picked up from your doorstep or whether you want to return it to the parcel machine. If you take the package to the vending machine, you will receive a PIN code from the application for return. For home pickup, select a pick-up time in the application.

If you have picked up your order from an R-Kiosk or a Schenker pick-up point, you can return it to the same pick-up point. Pack the jewelry in the original package, include the completed return form. On the address label on top of the package, you can find the shipping ID (shipment ID), which the pick-up point staff uses to make the return shipment back to Kalevala Jewelry. Ask for a receipt for the return.
Return to the store
You can also return your order to our Helsinki Flagship store in Helsinki address Keskuskatu 3 or at our Helsinki Konala Outlet store. Pack the jewelry in the original package, include this completed form and take the package to our store. Please note that our stores do not handle refunds for returned orders. Reimbursement takes place after receipt of the return by the online store. Our store staff can change the size on the spot if the right size product is available in the store's stock or change the jewelry to other model. Please remember that the jewelries value must be equal to the value or the jewelry that was brought for exchange.
Send the jewelry within 14 days of receiving the order. We will deliver a new size or refund the value of the products you returned once we have received your return.
International return and exchange
For international orders the same return and exchange policies apply. International customer can decide the return shipping method and is in charge of the return- and exchange freight fees.
