1. The order has been canceled in accordance with the order and terms of use of the Kalevala online store by notifying Kalevala Jewelry's customer service at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving the product, or the product has been returned in accordance with Kalevala Jewelry's return instructions within 14 days of delivery;

2. The product is in the same condition as it was when delivered and all delivered parts are included in the package;

3. The product is packed in its original packaging.
