What is refunded for Kalevala jewelry?Updated 2 months ago

As a rule, we refund €20 for silver Kalevala jewelry, €10 for bronze. The refund is higher for necklaces, stone* jewelry and particularly large jewelry. There is a model-specific refund price for certain necklaces. We refund €10 for simple silver chains, €5 for bronze ones.

We do not give refunds for broken jewelry. We also do not give refunds for Christmas decorations, single earrings, single cufflinks, pendants with missing or broken chains and jewelry with leather components. However, if you wish, you can leave them for us to recycle.

Please check that the jewelry is produced by Kalevala Jewelry or Lapponia and intact. We do not refund or return jewelry made by other brands.
